With our approach, you select the participants and we interview them 1:1 to capture their unique perspective on the subject—be it a single leader, the team, or the entire organization.
From there, we create a detailed & comprehensive 360 Assessment Report, summarized into key themes and supported by specific, anonymized feedback. We then meet with you to review the findings & determine next steps.
