Thanks for your willingness to participate in Byung's 360 Assessment.  We will conduct your interview via Zoom, and ask that you plan for our conversation to last 60 minutes, though we will only use the time we need.  Here are the questions we plan to explore together:

Assessment Questions for Byung:

  1. In your own words, how would you describe Byung?

  2. From your perspective, what are Byung's strengths as a leader?  What are the unique skills that make him effective?

  3. From your perspective, where does Byung have opportunities to become more effective as a leader?  Is there anything he could stop doing or start doing to grow your confidence in him as a leader?

  4. Are there specific ways Byung could better support you in your role?

  5. If you were Byung's mentor and could advise him on his blind spots, what advice would you give him?

  1. In your own words, how would you describe Byung's team?

  2. From your perspective, what are the strengths of Byung's team?  What are they really good at?

  3. From your perspective, what opportunities does Byung's team have to become more effective? Is there anything they could stop doing or start doing to grow your confidence in them?

  4. Are there specific ways Byung's team could better support you in you and/or your team?
